Cancellation/Refund Policy

Web Hosting Subscriptions

If you want to cancel your Easy Web Hosting subscription, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase of your subscription and all funds for the subscription will be refunded to your Credit Card or Pay Pal account within 5 business days of your notification to us.

If you cancel beyond 30 days, the purchase price of the subscription less the time used, less a 15% administration fee of the original purchase price will be refunded to your Credit Card or Pay Pal account within 5 business days.

Virtual Private Server – VPS Subscriptions

Should you want to cancel your VPS subscription, you must do so within 30 days of the purchased Subscription. All funds for the subscription will be refunded to your Credit Card or Pay Pal account within 5 business days.
If you cancel beyond 30 days, the purchase price of the VPS Subscription less the time used, less a 15% administration fee of the purchase price will be refunded to your Credit Card or Pay Pal account within 5 business days.

Reseller Hosting

If you wish to cancel a Reseller Subscription, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase of the subscription and you will receive a complete refund for the Reseller Subscription. If you wish to cancel your Reseller subscription beyond 5 days, the refund will be for the remaining time of the purchased subscription less a %15 administrative fee.

Domain Names

Domain names are non refundable

SSL Certificates

If you wish to cancel an SSL Certificate, we must be notified within 6 days of the purchase of the SSL Certificate. If we are notified within 6 days, you will receive a full refund for the SSL Certificate.

Setup Fees and Advanced Support

Any Setup fees or Advanced Support payments are non refundable
